Deodorant And Wet Wipes Appeal

We are putting out an appeal for wet wipes and personal deodorant spray.

A daily shower or bath is something we take for granted, but the Street Homeless and Rough Sleeper homeless community use wet wipes to keep clean as they do not have regular shower facilities. Our clients work very hard to keep personal hygiene and are often embarrassed and apologise if they feel unclean. It is considered that feeling dirty and unclean is one of the main contributing factors that affects mental health in Street Homeless individuals. Keeping respect and dignity is important to us all, including our rough sleeper community.

We ask if you can please help and donate personal deodorant spray and wet wipes. These can either be deposited at our collection bin at the Brummell Road Coop or dropped off at the Salvation Army Hall during opening hours.
