Ally - Session Volunteer

I volunteer at the Newbury Soup Kitchen because I love helping people and being part of a community that really cares. It’s more than just serving food, it’s about showing kindness and making sure people know they’re not alone. Every time I volunteer, I meet amazing people, hear their stories, and see firsthand how even small gestures can make a big difference. It’s also been a great way to gain perspective and appreciate the little things in life. Working alongside such a dedicated team makes the experience even better, knowing I’m doing something meaningful keeps me coming back. It’s just a really rewarding way to give back, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
