Sian was the CQC Service Manager for the commissioned drug and alcohol services for many years and brings a wealth of experience in this area.

“I have watched from the sideline this amazing charity be built and seen first-hand how it has impacted so many Clients. In 2024 I decided to take a career break and as my working life has mainly been in Newbury and having a connection with the area and clients, I found myself wanting to be there. I got in touch with NSK as I felt I had some value to add and working alongside such driven people would be a perfect match. My aim is to continue to develop and utilise my experience and skills to ensure NSK has longevity, professionalism, and strategy without losing its heart.”
